your job

  • IT Infrastructure support which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues and problems and fixing the issues without impacting / violating the hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirements
  • Hands on experience in installing, troubleshooting and fixing desktops, printers, laptop and other computer peripherals hardware problems
  • IMAC request to be executed for Software & Hardware equipment
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, has a teamwork attitude and is customer focused
  • Knowledge of staging of Windows deployment
  • Knowledge of products like Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, SCCM
  • Knowledge of Network (WAN/LAN), Servers, printer equipment
  • Onsite engineer will provide with onsite support associated with hardware break fix
  • For in warranty equipment, co-ordinate with the necessary OEM to resolve the issue based on the warranty contract
  • DSS (Desk side Software Support): Provide onsite support for incidents or service requests which are unable to be resolved from remote. An onsite engineer would visit the end user to resolve the ticket/Service request.
  • Stock handling (inwards and outwards): update inventory & stock management using inventory tool for tracking inventory and stock management
  • Knowledge and handled in Audio-visual equipment (Projectors), Video Conference equipment, Cisco IP Phone and any other Meeting Room equipment
  • Network Cabling testing to be performed by Onsite engineer in co-ordination with third party vendor
  • End point security concerning on end user Anti-spyware, Antivirus issues, Bit locker issues, Encryption software
  • All onsite engineers will adhere to workplace health and safety policy
  • All onsite engineers will adhere to workplace access control standard
  • Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on-time
  • Should be aware of ITIL process of Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request and related activities like spare and buffer stock management


  • Vast proven experience in Onsite Service over the last 3/4 years
  • English (fluent in written and spoken)
  • French (Optional) additional value
  • ITIL certified
