Accountable to steer the team, delivery and quality of the overall service chain according to customer requirements in line with ITIL standards.
  • Professional management of IT Focus Team dedicated to customer IT services in Public Sector
  • Steers the entire service chain with focus on quality, availability and innovation
  • Provide a smooth operation of a multi-vendor IT environment in line with customer requirements and ITIL standards
  • Design of innovative solutions with the focus on process optimization and process establishment
  • Continuous improvement of technical concepts, processes and solutions
  • Ensuring fulfillment of Operational Level Agreement
  • Resource planning
  • Drives documentation management and standardization
  • People Management: Motivate, promote and develop the members of the team


  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the IT field and several years of management experience
  • Experience with working in intercultural environment
  • Good ITIL knowledge
  • General overview about IT technologies
  • Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
