YOUR JOB

  • Administration and­ maintenance of standard application stacks such as IBM WebSphere, NFS and SMB shares and customer specific applications
  • Coordination of updates and patches within the environment/ release management.
  • Investigate the root cause of the issues and then initiate actions to improve or correct the situation
  • Support rollouts of new designed solutions to deliver new functionality to the customer.
  • User management for the application stack

YOUR PROFILE

  • A completed IT training or otherwise acquired and comparable knowledge
  • Sound knowledge in administration and debugging of applications based on IBM WebSphere
  • Extensive experience in insurance software
  • Knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux and network
  • Excellent team and communication skills are just as much a part of your competencies as reliability and result orientation
  • Very good English language skills, German language is advantage
