YOUR JOB

  • Excellent Client facing skills, able to manage difficult or potentially stressful outage situations
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple assignments, simultaneously
  • Extensive hands on experience in enterprise class environments across various technology Solutions
  • Experience in rolling out and delivering projects based on Low Level design documents
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Form part of the out of hours on-call rota team responsible for fault diagnosis and fault logging
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL principles
  • Ensure all incidents and service requests meet assigned SLA’s.
  • Maintain and promote good customer service culture at all times

YOUR PROFILE

  • Should be open to frequent business Travel
  • Excellent communication skills and self driven person
  • Able to work as part of a team and where required on your own to deliver projects to agreed timelines
  • Experience in troubleshooting Cisco based networking topologies including but not limited to, Catalyst, Nexus (2K, 5K, 9K), ISR Routers
  • Experience in managing and configuring security services including but not limited to, Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Palo Alto firewalls
  • In depth understanding of network routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF including route filtering and route redistribution
